Create a campaign
In Campaigns (Phone Growth and higher) create a campaign, choose the phone operator and write the goal of the calls — for example "offer a free demo" or "confirm tomorrow's appointment".

Upload the call list
Upload a CSV list of contacts. Numbers on your do-not-call list are skipped automatically.

Set the calling rules
Choose the hours and days when calls are allowed and the time zone; daily limits keep the volume under control.

Get the results
Every answered call is saved with a transcript, a summary and its outcome (qualified lead, appointment, call back, not interested, no answer, do not call), and interested contacts become leads.

Can the AI call a single customer right away?
Yes. You can start a call to one number from the dashboard at any time.
What happens if someone asks not to be called again?
The AI marks the number as "do not call" and it is never called again by any campaign.
