How to add an AI receptionist to your website

An AI receptionist on your website greets visitors, answers their questions by voice (with a talking video avatar) or in a text chat, and sends you every lead. Setup takes about 15 minutes and works on any website builder that lets you add a script: WordPress, Wix, Shopify, Webflow, Tilda or your own code.

   Create your free account

   Create an AI employee

   In the dashboard open AI Employees → New. Give it a name, a role (for example "sales consultant" or "receptionist"), the primary language and its instructions: what your business does, how to talk to customers and what to ask them. Pick a voice and an avatar — you can listen to every voice and watch every avatar before choosing.

   Teach it your business

   Open Knowledge Base and add your prices, services, opening hours and FAQ as text, or import pages of your website by link. Shops can upload a product catalog (Excel, CSV or a product feed). The AI answers only from this information and never invents prices.

   Choose how visitors talk to it

   In Widget choose the modes: Talking avatar (voice), Text chat, or both — with both, each visitor picks. Choose whether the avatar starts by itself after a few seconds or only when the visitor clicks the button.

   Add one line of code to your site

   In Widget enter your website domain(s), click Create widget and copy the code. Paste it before the closing </body> tag (or into your builder's "custom code" field). The widget only works on the domains you listed.

   Test it and connect notifications

   Open your site and talk to the AI. Then connect Telegram, email or a webhook in Integrations so every new lead reaches you instantly.
